J. Mark is known not only for his focus on innovation to support senior living operators but also for the ability to envision and implement “low tech” strategies that positively impact our shared older population regardless of where they chose to live.

His career has included requirement development, project leadership, contract negotiations, and successful implementation of technology solutions, His passion, and mission is to help senior care providers operators, and payers define and implement partnership and coordination strategies.

Prior to joining the Loran Group, J. Mark held a variety of senior business development and community engagement positions. Vice President of Sales Chronic Population Management, for Vree Health, National Business Development Manager for Keane Inc. (NTT Data), and Innovation Business Development Advisor for multiple emerging technology companies. Most recently served as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions (National Accounts) at MatrixCare, with a primary responsibility of developing and aligning a complex, multidisciplinary solution sets designed to fit the evolving needs of senior living operators across the country.

Mark received Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Service Management from Concordia College in Wilmington Delaware. He resides in “wine country” California, serving on his communities Health VAT since 2013. The Lodi Vision 2020 Health VAT is a group of concerned businesses working with the local government who are creating synergistic collaborative support for the aging and existing chronic population in innovative ways. This passion comes from spending years caring for a family member sharing the challenges of chronic care and support.

Mark lives in Lodi, California, near his two young adult stepsons. He enjoys spending time exploring the mountains and lakes of the west with friends, a guitar, and banjo, while sharing his love of song writing and performing.
