Mary Frances is an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University. She received her MBA from the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore, a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology/Chemistry from the University of Maryland, and a Medical Technology degree from the Veteran’s Administration Hospital School of Medical Technology.
