Provider Alignment: Transforming Post-Acute provider relationships to meet the challenges of Value-based reimbursement.

The Loran Group was formed as a collaborative between thought leaders with over 150 years of combined experience in medicine, specialty pharmacy and home infusion, clinical technology, and post-acute alternate site care. We leverage a breadth and depth of insight and develop customized healthcare solutions that optimize patients’ transitions between care settings – Right Provider, Right Setting, Right Resources.

Working together with healthcare leaders, acute and post-acute care providers, and institutions, we will design and develop an integrated network that supports improved care, lower costs, and better outcomes while assuring quality and safety.

Our team works with healthcare providers at all levels to provide guidance and direction, allowing them to maximize efficiencies and improve resource utilization, thus improve care and outcomes while reducing costs.

The full complement of our senior team’s hands-on experience and results unite under Network Development.

Our team members have worked with/for many of today’s healthcare leading companies such as CVS/Coram, Option Care/Walgreens, Gentiva Health Services, Florida Health, Siemens Medical Systems, Golden Living and McKesson.
